Copesan, a national provider of pest management solutions, has released the recipient list for its 2013 Champion Awards. The recipients were announced earlier this week in an email distributed among the Copesan partner company network. Kevin Poland, 2013 Administrative Champion of the Year, was among the top achievers for his support, dedication and fortitude as the Copesan Liaison for American Pest.
The Copesan Liaison is responsible for a number of duties; many of which include day-to-day communications with clients and pest management personnel, overseeing scheduling operations, and managing service requests as well as escalated pest problems.
Colleagues Scott Crowley of Lloyd Pest Control was also awarded the Operations Champion of the Year, while Mike Brown of Rose Pest Solutions accepted the Technician of the Year Award.
Nominations for these individuals consisted of a combination of peer feedback and client testimonials. The nominations were reviewed and the champions selected by a panel of colleagues and Copesan committee professionals.
Copesan Champion award winners will be honored for their superior dedication to service quality during the company’s annual conference in February. The award recipients will attend the Annual Awards Banquet, to be held this year in Las Vegas, where they will receive a commemorative award as well as recognition from numerous industry peers.
