More than 7,000 people came out to the Maple Lawn Street Festival on July 9th as Maple Lawn Boulevard was closed off to enjoy live music, fireworks and activities for the kids.
American Pest was present as a featured vendor, offering Howard County residents a chance to meet Terp, the Bed Bug K-9 and the famous Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches the American Pest Lab. Visitors also had the opportunity to receive exclusive merchandise, including our signature bug mugs.
Back at the office, American Pest employees and their families enjoyed a catered dinner before venturing outside with their lawn chairs to enjoy a prime view of the fireworks display.
“As the new neighbor in Maple Lawn, American was very excited to participate in the Street Festival,” said Miranda Sherman, Marketing & Advertising Manager for American Pest. “Our employees were eager for the chance to engage with the Maple Lawn community and have fun as well.”
