American Pest, a Maryland pest control company serving all of Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, is pleased to announce that its new corporate office opened its doors on January 18th, 2011, located at:

The Fulton office is approximately 10,500 sq. feet, and will replace the Takoma Park and Burtonsville offices. Along with corporate staff, the larger space will accommodate American’s entomologists and laboratory, and the training room for technicians.
“Our new central office is designed with our needs as a pest management company in mind,” said Matt Nixon, CEO of American Pest.
American’s new space includes two conference rooms, four skylights for a natural lighting solution, and an updated reception area. In addition, the Residential and Commercial Call Centers will finally merge into one corporate office set-up.
“Our goals with the new office were to improve staff communication and get all of our employees under one roof,” said Nixon. “It’s going to give American Pest the space and amenities it needs to best serve our customers for many years to come.”
American Pest’s move has resulted in a change to the company’s mailing address only. Company phone numbers and other contact information all remain the same.
